Vendor (Supplier) Training

Procurement and Supplier Diversity Services (PSDS) provides bi-monthly vendor (supplier) training sessions in order to help suppliers understand the purchasing and accounts payable processes at the University. 

This Vendor Training aims to give both seasoned suppliers and suppliers new to the University a better understanding of who buys for UVA, how they buy it, and how they pay for it.  

Suppliers will also leave this informative session knowing more about SWaM, eVA, FOIA, VASCUPP, State procurements, business development, nonprofit business assistance groups, and more!

There is no fee to attend; however, ADVANCE online registration is required. Attendee registration is limited to two (2) people per business (seats are limited).

Our two-hour training sessions are held in Carruthers Hall, Conference Room CARR-2, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Enter Carruthers Hall through main entrance. Parking is available in both the south visitor lot and the north lower lot (look for visitor spaces).
